We are not going to lie to you--our goal is to have kids and families involved in music for all long as we can--we think it's that important. For this reason, we have programs and instruction to build on a child's natural musical curiosity and give them stepping stones along the way. Unfortunately, music and the arts are being cut from school programs and we all know music is a much needed brain builder.

A few years ago a report was released that stated more than 80% of boys quit singing by the age of Kindergarten--that's crazy!! We wouldn't have Robert Plant, Josh Groban, Justin Bieber or countless others that fill the airwaves of today's music scene if they had stopped singing! And who knows, maybe the next Adele or Justin Bieber (Lord, help us!) is sitting on his Mom or Dad's lap singing "Hello Everybody" or jamming "The Jaguar Rhythm" in a drumming class! At Footnotes we offer music that will last a lifetime. We hope you look back on your time with your child and share a big smile together. 

Beyond Music

There are countless studies that support what music does for the brain, but what you may not know is that the earlier you start, the more the connections are made. Over the many years, we have seen families with little babies grow into young musicians with amazing skills. We hope that you will take advantage of all that music, and Footnotes Music, has to offer. And remember, tell a friend, because it's fun to sing, laugh, dance and get silly next to a friend who can record you on their phone and post it to YouTube!
